230m high observatory planned just above Shibuya Station.
The observatory is on the 45th and 46th floor and planned to be opened in 2019 before the Tokyo Olympic 2020.
Weather permitting, Mt Fuji can be seen like the image below from the observatory.
The skyscraper building will be 47 floors and 230m high.
